The Banana cake

250 g medium flour
250 g castor sugar
250 g margarine
20 g vanilla sugar
13 g baking powder
4 eggs
3 ripe bananas

Beat the margarine with the sugar until smooth. Mix in the egg yolks, and then add the vanilla sugar, flour mixed with baking powder, and egg whites (beaten until white and fluffy). Quickly mix in the mashed bananas. Grease and flour a baking pan. Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for about 1 hour.
